Product scope
Orbit is an independent native Mac workspace for supported WhatsApp Personal and WhatsApp Business app accounts. It uses an unofficial integration and is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta or OpenAI. Provider changes can affect functionality. Only the implemented, documented tool catalog is supported; MCP voice messages and calls are excluded. The current Mac download is a preview build: it is signed by SabaiDev but not yet notarized by Apple.
Use and permissions
Use accounts and data you are authorized to access, respect recipients and service rules, and review MCP permissions before authorizing an assistant. Tool access can expose information to your chosen AI host. Check recipients and content before approving actions; some actions change WhatsApp state across linked devices. Local caches are not a complete backup of your WhatsApp account.
Plans and billing
Direct-Mac plans renew automatically every 30 days until cancelled. Account allowances and prices per billing period: Free, one account; Plus, three accounts for USD 7.99; Pro, five accounts with local MCP for USD 19.99; Studio, twenty accounts with local MCP for USD 49.99. Free and Plus do not include local MCP. Studio is for one operator on a Mac, without shared team access. Account allowances are commercial limits, not a guarantee of simultaneous-session capacity. Historical contracts retain their agreed terms. AI-host subscriptions are separate. Whop handles sign-in, checkout, taxes shown at checkout and billing under the Whop terms; the checkout shows the total before you pay.
Checkout completion alone does not unlock access: Orbit verifies your current Whop membership and refreshes it at least every 24 hours. When a paid plan ends, your account allowance returns to Free; your local data stays on your Mac. The separate App Store build, when available, is billed by Apple under Apple’s terms, and purchases do not transfer between the two channels.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from your Whop billing page or from Orbit (Settings, Plan, Manage Billing). Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund of your first payment for a plan within 14 days of that payment by emailing [email protected] from the address used at checkout. Renewals and partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it. A refunded plan ends immediately.
Warranty and liability
Orbit is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, SabaiDev does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with future WhatsApp or macOS changes, or that messages are delivered, and its total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for Orbit in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
Governing law and changes
Once SabaiDev LLC is organized, the laws of its US state of organization govern these terms, and this page will name that state. We may update these terms; changes to prices or billing apply from your next renewal after notice. See privacy for data handling and support for help.
